Gorgeous ivory antique lace mermaid dress with v-neck, Crystal spaghetti straps and plunging back. Tulle, lace, guipure and delicate gemstone embroidery along the v neck, delicate spaghetti straps and the back. Cups built in providing support along with a fully boned bodice so no bra is required (I have a DDcup and the top fits fine with room, so could be adjusted either way). Straps are adjustable and can either worn as spaghetti straps around and under the arms, or crossed over the back. The lace is a gorgeous antique ivory which cascades down in a mermaid fit with layers of tulle to create a dramatic skirt. The deep backless design is beautiful lined with gorgeous antique (sparkly but not shiny) crystal detailing, and a tulle bustle which perfectly frames under your bottom! The dress is perfectly figure flattering, whilst offering support with boning throughout (no need for Spanx! The dress is particularly flattering in the waist and bottom! This model of this dress is no longer produced by Pronovias so it a one off. The dress is brand new and has never been worn, or altered to fit, so is still it’s original brand Length and size. The dress is a standard size 8, although would fit a petite size 10 comfortably (it’s smallest over the hips so bear that in mind if you are a size 10). The length has not been altered so it’s a standard bridal length. The only alteration that has been completed on the dress is a matching belt has been sewn on as an appliqué around the waist (the belt detail cost £195) but could be easily removed if you didn’t like it. The dress also comes with a hooped underskirt to allow the proper fit of the dress (this cost £190). There is also a cathedral Length ivory Helen Martin fingertip lace veil included which matches the dress perfectly (this cost £400). The dress have only ever been tried on since ordering, for the photos is and has been kept wrapped up in storage.

The reason for selling is that I ordered the dress before finding out I was pregnant so the wedding was rescheduled and then rescheduled again due to COVID, and unfortunately the dress no longer really fits me very well, or the style of wedding we are having now. It is with a heavy heart that I’ve made the decision to sell, as it’s a beautiful dress and despite it being a bit snug it still makes me feel like a million dollars. At the time of order I was a size 8, however I have gained a few inches over my waist (now 27.5”) and hips/bum (now 39”) (thanks child birth) so because of this I would now measure as a size 10 in this dress!
The dress cost £2170, and comes with the attached belt (£195) and is being sold for £800. It can be sold with the hooped underskirt (£190) and the beautiful veil (£400), for £900…so the full RRP of the outfit is £2,995 so it’s a complete bargain!
