Do I pay commission when my dress or item is sold?
No, we never take a commission fee. A one-time listing fee is the only payment required to sell.

All dresses and accessories will be listed until sold. There is no maximum time limit.

Use good, clear photos – a great way to show off your dress is by using the photos from your wedding. Most brides would prefer to see photos of the actual dress. Also, include a full-length photo as your main one to attract buyers.

Yes, a 30-second video can be uploaded in addition to photos if you request the Platinum package. This is an ideal way to show how your dress really moves and catches the light to enhance the intricate details of your dress.

That is entirely your decision. You can set the terms of a refund in the item description, which may increase your chances of a sale. Include specific details as to what qualifies for a refund and what doesn’t e.g. Item not as described, item not received or item doesn’t fit.

Yes, just use the ‘Contact Us’ form to send your amendments or email us at hello@whitedressuk.co.uk. We endeavour to update your listing within 24 hours.

We recommend using PayPal to receive payment as they have a resolution centre should any issues arise. You just need an email address to generate an invoice to send to the buyer.

Yes, we offer 2 packages, which allow you to list as many dresses as you wish. Please refer to the Businesses Page for more information.

Use the search filters to find your perfect dress. You can search by designer, size, price, style and condition.

This is the size the bride would normally wear when wearing regular clothes. The label size of a wedding dress can vary depending on designer; therefore, the ‘street size’ of the bride gives a more accurate description of the fit of the dress in some instances. The listing also includes the actual measurements of the bride.

Click on the ‘Contact Seller’ button on the listing, complete the contact form and the seller receives an email to reply to.

We recommend paying via PayPal as a single payment to include postage costs, if any. PayPal protects your purchase if the item isn’t received, isn’t authentic or isn’t as described. If an issue arises, you have 180 days to raise a dispute and PayPal will assist with this.

The seller sets their own returns policy which will be detailed in the listing. Otherwise, contact the seller to request details.
